Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.

Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook shrimp 3-4 minutes until pink.

Mix heavy cream, mozzarella, and half the Parmesan in a bowl.

Add cooked shrimp to the cream mixture.

Mix panko with remaining Parmesan. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture on top.
