Garlic Shrimp Gratin (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined.
02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
03 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter.
04 - 1 cup heavy cream.
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F.
02 - Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
03 - Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
04 - Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook shrimp 3-4 minutes until pink.
05 - Mix heavy cream, mozzarella, and half the Parmesan in a bowl.
06 - Add cooked shrimp to the cream mixture.
07 - Pour into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
08 - Mix panko with remaining Parmesan. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture on top.
09 - Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
10 - Let rest a few minutes before serving.
11 - Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
