Garlic Swirl Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups milk, warmed to 110°F.
02 - 2 tablespoons white sugar.
03 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast.
04 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter for dough.
05 - 2 large eggs.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.
07 - 5 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter for filling.
09 - 4 garlic cloves, finely minced.
10 - 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley.
11 - Salt and black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix warm milk with sugar in bowl. Sprinkle yeast on top and wait 10 minutes until foamy. Stir in melted butter, eggs and salt. Add flour gradually until soft dough forms.
02 - Knead dough on floured surface 7 minutes until smooth. Place in greased bowl and cover. Let rise 90 minutes until doubled.
03 - Mix soft butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt and pepper until well combined.
04 - Roll dough into 12x18 inch rectangle. Spread garlic butter mixture evenly. Roll up tightly from long side and cut into 12 pieces.
05 - Place rolls in greased baking pan. Cover and let rise 45 minutes until puffy.
06 - Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can add cheese to filling for extra flavor.
02 - Best served warm from the oven.
03 - Keeps at room temperature for 2 days.
