Ham & Bacon Cheesy Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Frozen diced potatoes, thawed (2 pounds).
02 - Sour cream (16 ounces).
03 - Cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces).
04 - Butter, melted (4 tablespoons).
05 - Salt and pepper to taste.
06 - Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon).
07 - Onion powder (1/2 teaspoon).
08 - Minced onion (1 teaspoon).
09 - Shredded cheddar cheese (2 1/2 cups).
10 - Diced ham (1 cup).
11 - Crumbled cooked bacon (1/2 cup).
12 - Green onions (1/3 cup).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x13 baking dish.
02 - Mix soup, sour cream, butter and seasonings until smooth.
03 - Add potatoes, cheese, ham, bacon and onions. Mix well.
04 - Spread in pan and bake uncovered 45 minutes.
05 - Top with remaining cheese, bake 10 more minutes.
