Mix eggs and half and half in a bowl. Add vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt.

Poke holes in the bottom of each roll using a toothpick so they soak better.

Dip each roll in custard mix for 30 seconds, turning to coat. Don't soak too long.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a pan over medium-low heat.

Cook rolls about a minute per side until golden brown, turning to crisp all sides.

Top with powdered sugar, fresh berries and maple syrup while warm.
