13 - 1 cup chopped pecans

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
03 - In another bowl, combine eggs, melted butter, honey, milk, and vanilla extract.
04 - Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture, stirring until just combined.
05 - Fold in the chopped pecans gently, avoiding overmixing.
06 - Pour batter into prepared pan, smooth top, and bake 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
07 - Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
