Toss wings with potato starch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Place wings on oiled parchment-lined pan in single layer. Spray tops with oil.

Reduce heat to 425°F, bake 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway and spraying with more oil.

Simmer honey, lemon juice, zest, garlic, butter, salt, and pepper for 3-5 minutes until combined.

Toss cooked wings in sauce. Reserve extra sauce for dipping if desired.
