Honey Lemon Pepper Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds chicken wings.
02 - 3 tablespoons potato starch.
03 - 1 tablespoon baking powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
07 - Oil spray.
08 - 1/2 cup honey.
09 - 1 lemon, zested.
10 - 1/4 cup lemon juice.
11 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
12 - 1 tablespoon butter.
13 - 1-2 teaspoons ground pepper.
14 - 1 pinch salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 450°F. Pat wings dry with paper towels.
02 - Toss wings with potato starch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
03 - Place wings on oiled parchment-lined pan in single layer. Spray tops with oil.
04 - Reduce heat to 425°F, bake 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway and spraying with more oil.
05 - Simmer honey, lemon juice, zest, garlic, butter, salt, and pepper for 3-5 minutes until combined.
06 - Toss cooked wings in sauce. Reserve extra sauce for dipping if desired.
