Honey Mustard Chicken Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs chicken tenders (or boneless chicken breasts/thighs).
02 - 1 pack Hawaiian slider buns.
03 - Mayonnaise to taste.
04 - Sweet Baby Rays Golden Mustard (or honey mustard).
05 - 8 strips bacon, cooked crisp.
06 - Colby jack cheese slices.
07 - 1/2 head lettuce.
08 - 1/2 small red onion, sliced thin.
09 - 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced thin.
10 - 4-5 tablespoons oil.
11 - 2 tablespoons smoked paprika.
12 - 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper.
13 - 1 tablespoon onion powder.
14 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder.
15 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
16 - 1 teaspoon salt.
17 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.
18 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
19 - 1/2 stick butter, softened.
20 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.
21 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken with blackened seasoning and oil in a bag.
02 - Cook chicken in skillet or grill (3 minutes per side).
03 - Mix butter topping ingredients, microwave until melted.
04 - Split slider buns, toast under broiler until golden.
05 - Spread mayo on bottom buns, add chicken pieces to each slider.
06 - Top with honey mustard and cheese, brush top buns with butter mixture.
07 - Broil until cheese melts and buns toast.
08 - Add bacon, tomatoes, onion, and lettuce, drizzle more honey mustard, and add top buns. Serve.
