Hot Honey Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets, skin removed.
02 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature.
09 - 1/4 cup (85g) hot honey.
10 - Parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
02 - Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes.
03 - Mix seasonings with olive oil.
04 - Toss salmon in seasoning mix and air fry for 9-10 minutes to an internal temperature of 140-145°F. Shake the basket halfway through.
05 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
06 - Line a baking sheet.
07 - Place seasoned salmon on sheet and bake for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
08 - Heat butter and hot honey. Stir until melted.
09 - Toss cooked salmon with glaze and garnish with parsley.
