Italian Sub Squares (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough.
02 - 1/4 pound sliced ham.
03 - 1/4 pound sliced salami.
04 - 1/4 pound sliced pepperoni.
05 - 1/4 pound sliced provolone cheese.
06 - 1/4 pound sliced mozzarella cheese.
07 - 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped.
08 - 1/2 cup sliced banana peppers (optional).
09 - 1/4 cup chopped black olives (optional).
10 - 4 large eggs, beaten.
11 - 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning.
12 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Grease 9x13-inch baking dish.
03 - Press first can of crescent dough into the bottom of dish.
04 - Layer ham slices evenly, then add salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, and olives if using.
05 - Place second can of crescent dough on top and seal edges.
06 - Brush top with beaten eggs and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan.
07 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
08 - Cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

# Notes:

01 - Seal dough seams well to prevent leaking.
02 - Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
03 - Let cool slightly for cleaner cuts.
