Korean Cheese Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 250 grams peeled potatoes.
02 - 50 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded.
03 - 20 grams brown sugar.
04 - 25 grams cornstarch.
05 - Cooking oil.
06 - Pinch of salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and grate potatoes.
02 - Squeeze out excess water from grated potatoes using kitchen towel.
03 - Mix potatoes, brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt in bowl.
04 - Divide mixture into small portions.
05 - Flatten each portion into disc shape.
06 - Place mozzarella in center of each disc.
07 - Fold edges over cheese to seal.
08 - Flatten into pancake shape.
09 - Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
10 - Fry 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
11 - Drain on paper towels.
12 - Serve hot.
