# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
02 - 1 box Lemon Instant Pudding Mix
03 - ⅔ cup Oil
04 - ⅔ cup Water
05 - 4 Large Eggs
06 - 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

→ Lemon Glaze

07 - 2 cups Confectioners' Sugar
08 - 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
09 - 2 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
10 - ¼ cup Lemon Juice

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C)
02 - In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water, eggs, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and lump-free
03 - Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour in the batter and smooth the top
04 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center
05 - While the cake bakes, whisk together confectioners' sugar, melted butter, cream, and lemon juice until smooth
06 - Pour the glaze over the warm cake, spreading it evenly. Let cool completely before serving
