Grab a 9x13 baking dish and give it a light coating of cooking spray. Lay down a single layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom completely.

In a large bowl, pour the milk and add both boxes of instant lemon pudding mix. Beat for a full 2 minutes until it thickens up. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until everything is well mixed.

Spread half of your pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Add another complete layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding, then spread the remaining pudding mixture. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers on top.

Pop the can of lemon frosting into the microwave for about 30-40 seconds until it's pourable. Pour the warm frosting over the top layer of graham crackers and spread it evenly.

Cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours (overnight works perfectly). This resting time lets the graham crackers soften and the flavors blend together.
