02 - 2 boxes instant lemon pudding (3.4 oz each)
03 - 3½ cups milk
04 - 1 container Cool Whip (8 oz), thawed
05 - 1 can lemon frosting (16 oz)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a 9x13 baking dish and give it a light coating of cooking spray. Lay down a single layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom completely.
02 - In a large bowl, pour the milk and add both boxes of instant lemon pudding mix. Beat for a full 2 minutes until it thickens up. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until everything is well mixed.
03 - Spread half of your pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Add another complete layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding, then spread the remaining pudding mixture. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers on top.
04 - Pop the can of lemon frosting into the microwave for about 30-40 seconds until it's pourable. Pour the warm frosting over the top layer of graham crackers and spread it evenly.
05 - Cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours (overnight works perfectly). This resting time lets the graham crackers soften and the flavors blend together.
