Marble Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
02 - 1/4 cup sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
04 - 32 ounces (4 packages) cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1 1/4 cups sugar.
06 - 4 large eggs.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
08 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
09 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
10 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 325°F. Grease 9-inch springform pan. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into bottom of pan.
02 - Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Mix in vanilla, sour cream, and flour.
03 - Pour half of plain batter over crust. Mix melted chocolate into remaining batter. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate batter over plain layer. Swirl with knife to create marble pattern.
04 - Bake 55-60 minutes until center is set. Cool in pan at room temperature. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

# Notes:

01 - Don't overmix after adding eggs.
02 - Center should still jiggle slightly when done.
03 - Cool slowly to prevent cracks.
04 - Best made a day ahead.
