Rich Cheesy Ravioli Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta and Meat

01 - 1 package (25 ounces) frozen cheese ravioli
02 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Sauce and Cheeses

03 - 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
04 - 1 cup cottage cheese
05 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
06 - ½ cup sour cream
07 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings and Aromatics

09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
12 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
13 - Salt and pepper to taste
14 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Heat olive oil in a large skillet, cook minced garlic until fragrant
02 - Brown ground beef, drain fat. Add marinara sauce, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes
03 - Combine cottage cheese, ricotta, sour cream, and 1 cup mozzarella in a bowl
04 - In a greased 9x13-inch dish, layer: meat sauce, half the ravioli, cheese mixture, remaining ravioli, meat sauce, remaining mozzarella and Parmesan
05 - Cover with foil, bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes more until cheese is bubbly. Garnish with parsley

01 - Can be made ahead and refrigerated. For a vegetarian version, replace ground beef with sautéed spinach or mushrooms
