Mom's Cream Horns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 puff pastry sheets.
02 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened.
03 - 4 cups heavy cream, cold.
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - Pinch sea salt.
07 - 16 oz Cool Whip (alternative).

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat to 400°F. Roll pastry, cut into 3/4 inch strips.
02 - Bake 18 minutes until golden. Remove from molds while hot.
03 - Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar. Add cream or Cool Whip, beat until thick.
04 - Pipe cream into both ends of horns using decorating bag.

# Notes:

01 - Don't microwave cream cheese to soften.
02 - Can use Cool Whip or fresh cream.
03 - Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
