# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 5 cloves garlic, minced.
03 - 1/3 cup brown sugar.
04 - 1/4 cup beef broth.
05 - 1/3 cup soy sauce.
06 - 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
09 - Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional).
10 - 10 ounces linguine.
11 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
12 - 2 tablespoons water.
13 - 4 green onions, sliced.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook linguine following package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
03 - Add minced garlic to beef, cook 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Mix in brown sugar, beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
05 - Make cornstarch slurry by mixing cornstarch and water. Add to skillet.
06 - Cook until sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
07 - Add cooked linguine, toss until well coated.
08 - Top with sliced green onions and serve hot.
