Easy No-Bake Chocolate Eclair Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pudding Layer

01 - 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
02 - 3 cups cold milk
03 - 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
04 - 1 box graham crackers

→ Chocolate Frosting

05 - 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
06 - 1 cup powdered sugar
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
08 - 3 tablespoons milk
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold in whipped topping until combined.
02 - In a 9x13-inch dish, layer graham crackers, half the pudding mixture, more crackers, remaining pudding, and final layer of crackers.
03 - Whisk cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and spreadable.
04 - Spread chocolate frosting over top layer. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

01 - Best when chilled overnight for softer layers
02 - Can use chocolate or butterscotch pudding for variation
