Nutella Cheesecake Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 15 crackers).
02 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted.
03 - ¼ cup granulated sugar.
04 - 16 ounces cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
06 - 2 large eggs.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
08 - ½ cup sour cream.
09 - 1 cup Nutella.
10 - ¼ cup heavy cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 325°F. Line 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
02 - Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
03 - Press mixture into pan bottom.
04 - Bake crust 10 minutes. Cool slightly.
05 - Beat cream cheese until smooth.
06 - Add sugar, beat until combined.
07 - Beat in eggs one at a time.
08 - Mix in vanilla and sour cream.
09 - Pour over cooled crust.
10 - Mix Nutella and cream, microwave until smooth.
11 - Drop spoonfuls onto cheesecake. Swirl with knife for marble effect.
12 - Bake 35-40 minutes until set.
13 - Cool to room temperature.
14 - Chill at least 3 hours.
15 - Cut into bars.
