Easy Cinnamon Roll Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Base

01 - 3 cups flour
02 - 1 cup sugar
03 - 4 teaspoons baking powder
04 - 2 eggs
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 1 1/2 cups milk
07 - 1/2 cup salted butter, melted

→ Cinnamon Filling

08 - 3/4 cup salted butter, room temperature
09 - 1 cup brown sugar
10 - 2 tablespoons flour
11 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

→ Simple Glaze

12 - 2 cups powdered sugar
13 - 5 tablespoons milk
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray
02 - Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, vanilla and milk with a hand mixer. Slowly blend in melted butter. Spread in pan
03 - Mix softened butter, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon until well combined
04 - Drop spoonfuls of cinnamon mixture over batter. Use a knife to create swirls throughout
05 - Bake 35-40 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean
06 - Whisk together powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Pour over warm cake before serving
