Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (14 sheets).
02 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
03 - Pinch of salt.
04 - 1 (3 oz) box orange jello.
05 - 1 cup boiling water.
06 - 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened.
07 - 1½ cups powdered sugar, divided.
08 - 2 cups heavy whipping cream.
09 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
10 - Zest of 1 orange (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Mix jello powder with boiling water. Whisk until dissolved. Cool completely (about 30 minutes).
02 - Spray a 9-inch springform pan. Line bottom and sides with parchment.
03 - Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press into the pan bottom and sides. Freeze for 30 minutes.
04 - Beat cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth (2 minutes). In a separate bowl, whip cream with ½ cup powdered sugar, vanilla, and orange zest. Fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Fold the remaining whipped cream into the cooled jello.
05 - Layer cream cheese and jello mixtures in the crust. Swirl gently with a knife. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
