Orange Jello Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Orange gelatin, 6 ounce package.
02 - Vanilla cook and serve pudding mix, two 3 ounce packages.
03 - Hot water, 4 cups.
04 - Cool Whip whipped topping, 8 ounces.
05 - Mandarin oranges, drained, 16 ounce can.

# Instructions:

01 - In a large saucepan, combine orange jello, vanilla pudding mix and hot water.
02 - Bring mixture to a boil while stirring. Continue cooking and stirring until it turns clear orange, about 5 minutes.
03 - Pour into large bowl and refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours or overnight.
04 - Mix in Cool Whip with the set jello mixture using a potato masher until well combined.
05 - Gently stir in drained mandarin oranges. Keep refrigerated until serving.

# Notes:

01 - Do not use instant pudding mix.
02 - Needs at least 4 hours to set.
03 - Can be served as dessert or side dish.
