Parmesan Chicken Sheet Pan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Chicken breasts, 1 1/2 pounds (3-4 pieces, about 1 inch thick).
02 - Olive oil, 5 tablespoons divided.
03 - Fresh garlic, minced, 4 cloves divided.
04 - Grated parmesan cheese, 2/3 cup divided.
05 - Italian breadcrumbs, 1/3 cup.
06 - Black pepper, freshly cracked, 1/2 teaspoon plus more to taste.
07 - Sea salt, 1/2-3/4 teaspoon plus more to taste.
08 - Red potatoes, 2 pounds, cut into bite-sized pieces.
09 - Fresh green beans, 1 pound, trimmed.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F. Cover a sheet pan with parchment or grease it well.
02 - Mix cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt and pepper. Spread on one-third of the pan. Roast 10-15 minutes alone.
03 - Mix chicken with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs and seasonings. Place on pan next to partially cooked potatoes.
04 - Toss beans with oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Add to the last empty section of the pan.
05 - Bake everything about 25 minutes until chicken hits 165°F inside. For extra crispy potatoes, broil 4-5 minutes at the end.

# Notes:

01 - Chicken cooking time varies based on thickness - larger pieces need longer.
02 - Use a rack on the pan if you want the bottom of chicken crispier.
03 - Can add Italian seasoning or oregano for extra flavor.
