Parmesan Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup sliced Provolone cheese.
04 - 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs.
05 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted.
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F.
02 - Season chicken with salt and pepper.
03 - Sear in skillet over medium-high heat, 3-4 minutes per side.
04 - Transfer to greased baking dish and bake 15-20 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
05 - Mix Parmesan, Panko, melted butter, and garlic powder.
06 - Layer Provolone over cooked chicken.
07 - Top with Parmesan-Panko mixture.
08 - Broil 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.
09 - Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.

01 - Watch carefully during broiling to prevent burning.

03 - Chicken should reach 165°F internal temperature.
04 - Can use chicken thighs instead of breasts.
