Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup warm milk (110°F).
02 - 2 teaspoons active dry yeast.
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
05 - 1 teaspoon salt.
06 - 2 large eggs.
07 - 4 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 2 cups diced peaches.
09 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
10 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
11 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened.
12 - 1/4 cup butter, softened for frosting.
13 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar pinch. Let sit until frothy, 5 minutes.
02 - Mix sugar, butter, salt, eggs, flour with yeast mixture. Knead until smooth. Rise 1 hour.
03 - Mix diced peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon.
04 - Roll dough into rectangle, spread filling, roll up and cut into 12 slices. Rise 30 minutes.
05 - Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until golden.
06 - Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla until smooth. Spread on warm rolls.

01 - Can use fresh or canned peaches.
02 - Add flour to thicken juicy peaches.
03 - Best served warm.
