No-Bake Pecan Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Pecans, toasted and finely chopped, 2 cups.
02 - Graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup.
03 - Brown sugar, packed, 1 cup.
04 - Salt, 1/2 teaspoon.
05 - Pure maple syrup, 2 tablespoons.
06 - Bourbon or apple juice, 1/4 cup.
07 - Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon.
08 - Chocolate chips, melted, 1/2 cup.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the chopped toasted pecans, graham crumbs, brown sugar, and salt in a big bowl.
02 - Pour in maple syrup, bourbon (or juice), and vanilla. Mix until everything sticks together well.
03 - Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and put them on a parchment-lined tray.
04 - Pop the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes until balls feel firm.
05 - Dunk each chilled ball in melted chocolate, coating as much as you like.
06 - Place dipped balls back on parchment and let chocolate harden.

01 - Keeps in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
02 - Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
03 - Makes about 18-20 balls.
