Pickle Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 clove garlic, peeled and smashed.
02 - 3/4 cup (172.5g) sour cream.
03 - 1/4 cup (58g) mayonnaise.
04 - 1-2 teaspoons water.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
07 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
08 - 1 package (13 oz) thin-crust pizza dough.
09 - 2-3 dill pickles, thinly sliced.
10 - 1 cup (113g) mozzarella cheese, shredded.
11 - 1/4 cup (25g) parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - Combine all sauce ingredients. Mix until smooth and creamy.
03 - Roll dough into a 12-inch circle. Place on pizza stone or lined baking sheet. Spread garlic sauce. Top with sliced pickles. Add mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle parmesan cheese.
04 - Cook for 16-20 minutes. Wait for cheese to melt. Crust should be golden brown. Rest 3 minutes before cutting.

01 - Use firm dill pickles, sliced thin.
02 - Sauce can be made ahead.
03 - Try adding fresh dill or red pepper flakes for variation.
