Pineapple Bliss Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
02 - 1/2 cup sugar for crust.
03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
04 - 15 oz can crushed pineapple, drained.
05 - 1 cup sour cream.
06 - 1/2 cup sugar for filling.
07 - 2 large eggs.
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
09 - Powdered sugar for dusting.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix flour and sugar, cut in butter until crumbly. Press in 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.
02 - Mix drained pineapple, sour cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
03 - Pour filling over crust. Bake 25-30 minutes until set.
04 - Cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before cutting.

01 - Drain pineapple well to prevent soggy crust.
