Pistachio White Chocolate Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/2 cup butter, unsalted, room temp.
05 - 1/2 cup white sugar.
06 - 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed.
07 - 1 large egg.
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
09 - 1 cup white chocolate chips.
10 - 3/4 cup pistachios, chopped and toasted.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in bowl. Set aside.
02 - Beat butter and both sugars until fluffy, about 3 minutes.
03 - Beat in egg and vanilla until smooth.
04 - Mix dry ingredients into wet just until combined.
05 - Fold in white chocolate chips and toasted pistachios.
06 - Cover and refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
07 - Heat to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
08 - Drop tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
09 - Rest on sheet 5 minutes, then move to rack to cool completely.
