Pork Chops Scalloped Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 white or Yukon Gold potatoes.
02 - 5 pork chops.
03 - 1 onion, sliced or diced.
04 - 1 cup whole milk.
05 - 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese.
06 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.
08 - Chives or green onions (optional).
09 - Seasoning salt (optional).
10 - Garlic salt (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
02 - Peel potatoes and slice them about ¼-inch thick.
03 - Slice or dice the onion.
04 - Shred the cheddar cheese from a block.
05 - Mix potatoes, onions, cheese, milk, and seasonings in a large bowl.
06 - Pour mixture into the baking dish and add butter pieces on top.
07 - Place pork chops over the potato mixture.
08 - Bake for 50-55 minutes, flipping pork chops halfway.
09 - Check if pork is done and potatoes are soft.
10 - If needed, cover with foil and bake 10-15 minutes more.
11 - Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
