Potato Chicken Broccoli Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 pounds red potatoes, cubed.
02 - 4 tablespoons butter.
03 - 1 cup sour cream.
04 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon each: pepper, garlic powder, paprika.
06 - 1 head broccoli (2-3 cups florets).
07 - 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped.
08 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
09 - 2 cups shredded cheese, divided.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Boil potatoes until tender. Cook broccoli until crisp-tender.
02 - Mash potatoes with butter, sour cream and seasonings until fluffy.
03 - Mix in broccoli, chicken, bacon and 1 cup cheese.
04 - Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes.
