In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until a smooth dough forms.

Gently fold in the M&M candies and white chocolate chips (if using).

Scoop out dough using a tablespoon or cookie scoop and place onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
