# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound breakfast sausage.
02 - 10 oz Rotel tomatoes, drained.
03 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
04 - 2 cups shredded cheddar.
05 - 1 1/2 cups Bisquick.
06 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet.
02 - Combine sausage, Rotel, cheeses, and Bisquick.
03 - Roll into 1-inch balls, place on sheet.
04 - Cook 20-25 minutes until golden.
