Make roux with butter and flour, gradually whisk in milk until thickened.

Sauté seafood with garlic and onions just until done. Add wine, remove seafood.

Cook mushrooms in same pan. Add béchamel, tomatoes, cream and seasonings.

Layer sauce, seafood, noodles and cheese in buttered dish.

Bake at 375°F for 40-50 minutes until golden.
