Spinach Artichoke Tortellini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 ounces cheese tortellini.
02 - 6 cups fresh spinach.
03 - 14 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped.
04 - 4 tablespoons butter, salted.
05 - 1/4 cup flour.
06 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
07 - 4 cups milk.
08 - 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded.
09 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook tortellini per package directions. Set aside.
02 - Melt butter with garlic over medium-low heat.
03 - Add flour, salt, pepper. Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring.
04 - Whisk in milk. Cook until thick. Stir in cheeses.
05 - Mix in tortellini, spinach, artichokes. Season to taste.

# Notes:

01 - Add milk if sauce is too thick.
02 - Best served fresh.
