22 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
23 - 1-2 tablespoons whole milk
24 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, combine the lukewarm milk and yeast. Stir to dissolve, then let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture, softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
03 - Form the dough into a ball, place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size.
04 - Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar, vanilla, flour, and sour cream for the cheesecake filling. Separately, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt for the cinnamon filling.
05 - Roll dough into a 16x12 inch rectangle. Spread with butter, cheesecake filling, and cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll up tightly from the long edge and cut into 12 equal rolls.
06 - Place rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30-45 minutes. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
07 - Let rolls cool for 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese icing ingredients and spread over warm rolls. Top with sliced strawberries tossed with sugar.

# Notes:

01 - The first rise typically takes 1-1.5 hours depending on kitchen temperature.
02 - Ensure all dairy ingredients are softened before mixing for smooth results.
03 - You can freeze unbaked rolls and thaw overnight before baking.
04 - Feel free to substitute strawberries with other berries or fruits.
