Easy Strawberry Kiss Cookies Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Base

01 - 1 box strawberry cake mix
02 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
03 - ¼ cup vegetable oil
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1 tablespoon milk

→ Coating & Topping

06 - Granulated sugar for rolling
07 - 22 Hershey Kisses, unwrapped

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Beat together your vegetable oil and eggs in a large bowl until well combined.
03 - Mix in the flour and cake mix, then add the milk. Mix just until you've got a nice cookie dough.
04 - Scoop dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and roll them in granulated sugar. Chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
05 - Bake one sheet at a time for 8-10 minutes, keeping extra dough chilled between batches.
06 - Right when they come out of the oven, press a Hershey Kiss into the center of each warm cookie. Let them cool completely before moving.

# Notes:

01 - Chilling the dough is important - it keeps your cookies from spreading too much while baking.
02 - Keep unwrapped Kisses ready to go - you'll need to add them right when the cookies come out of the oven.
