                Preheat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

                Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on sheet without touching.

                Bake 18-25 minutes until browned and 165°F internal temp. Flip halfway.

                Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet until melted and bubbling.

                Toss hot meatballs in sauce and serve immediately.
