Easy Tater Tot Beef Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
03 - ½ cup sour cream
04 - 1 small onion, diced
05 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
06 - 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

→ Seasonings

07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or favorite spices

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
02 - Brown ground beef with onions, season, and drain excess fat
03 - Mix in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream with beef until heated
04 - Spread beef mixture in greased dish, top with 1 cup cheese, arrange tater tots
05 - Bake 25-30 minutes until tots are crispy, add remaining cheese, bake 5 more minutes
