Tortelloni Alfredo Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound boneless chicken breasts.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
06 - 9 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini.
07 - 1 cup heavy cream.
08 - 1 cup half and half.
09 - 4 ounces butter.
10 - 3/4 cup grated Parmesan.
11 - 1/4 cup grated Asiago (or more Parmesan).
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
13 - 1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs.
14 - 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella.

# Instructions:

01 - Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thick. Mix with oil and seasonings in a bag. Let sit 30 minutes.
02 - Cook chicken in oiled pan over medium-high heat, 7-9 minutes per side until done. Rest before cutting.
03 - Heat cream, half-and-half and butter until bubbling but not boiling. Whisk in cheeses and garlic powder until thick.
04 - Cook tortellini following package instructions. Mix with Alfredo sauce in baking dish.
05 - Top pasta with sliced chicken, breadcrumbs and Mozzarella. Broil 2-3 minutes until cheese browns.
