Turkey Spinach Bacon Melt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 slices sourdough bread.
02 - 2 tablespoons honey mustard.
03 - 2 slices white cheddar cheese, halved.
04 - 4 slices deli turkey.
05 - 1 medium red tomato, thinly sliced.
06 - 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach.
07 - 4 strips cooked bacon.
08 - 2 tablespoons butter, softened.

# Instructions:

01 - Lay out bread slices on a flat surface.
02 - Spread 1/2 tablespoon honey mustard on each bread slice.
03 - Place half slice of cheese on each bread slice.
04 - Layer 2 slices of turkey on two bread pieces.
05 - Add tomato slices and 1/4 cup spinach on turkey.
06 - Place 2 bacon strips on the other two bread pieces.
07 - Close sandwiches by placing the bacon side down on the turkey side.
08 - Spread 1/2 tablespoon butter on the outside of each bread slice.
09 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches 3-4 minutes per side until the cheese melts and the bread is golden.

# Notes:

01 - Use fresh-sliced cheese from deli or block for best melting.
02 - Can make dairy-free with substitutes.
03 - Best served warm.
