Easy Whipped Pink Lemonade (Print Version)
# Ingredients:

2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix (Country Time recommended)

1½ cups cold water

Ice cubes, as needed

¼ cup pink lemonade mix

½ cup heavy whipping cream
# Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup pink lemonade mix with heavy whipping cream. Beat on high speed until the mixture thickens and forms stiff peaks.

Divide the remaining 2 tablespoons of pink lemonade mix between two glasses (1 tablespoon each). Add ¾ cup water to each glass and stir until the mix dissolves completely. Fill each glass about ⅔ full with ice.

Top each glass with a generous dollop of the pink lemonade whipped cream. Before drinking, stir the cream into the lemonade for the best flavor experience.
