Baked Garlic Bread Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 whole shallots.
02 - 2 heads garlic.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1 cup sour cream.
06 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella.
07 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan.
08 - 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut tops off garlic heads and bottoms off shallots.
02 - Drizzle garlic and shallots with oil, wrap in foil. Roast 1 hour until soft.
03 - Mash roasted garlic and shallots. Mix with cheeses, sour cream, herbs and seasonings.
04 - Transfer to pie plate, top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.

# Notes:

01 - Serve with bagel chips or toasted bread.
02 - Garnish with extra parsley and red pepper flakes.
