Biscoff Banana Pudding with Caramel (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 bananas, sliced.
02 - 1 (11 oz) box vanilla wafer cookies.
03 - 1 (8 oz) package Biscoff cookies, semi-crushed.
04 - 2-3 cups whipped cream.
05 - 3 (1 oz) boxes vanilla instant pudding mix.
06 - 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter, softened.
07 - 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk.
08 - 2-3 cups very cold water or milk.
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
10 - Pinch ground cinnamon.
11 - Pinch sea salt.
12 - Caramel sauce for drizzling.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cold water/milk, pudding mix, cookie butter and condensed milk until thickened, 4-5 minutes. Add vanilla, cinnamon, salt.
02 - Layer wafers, Biscoff cookies, bananas, pudding and whipped cream in trifle bowl. Repeat layers.
03 - Add whipped cream, crushed cookies and caramel drizzle on top.
04 - Refrigerate at least 4 hours, best overnight.

# Notes:

01 - Use instant pudding mix, not cook & serve.
02 - Keeps 2-3 days in fridge.
03 - Ensure liquid is very cold for proper thickening.
