Sausage Gravy Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Refrigerated biscuit dough, 16.3 ounces.
02 - Breakfast sausage, crumbled, 1 pound.
03 - Fresh onion, diced, 1/2 cup.
04 - Fresh garlic, minced, 2 cloves.
05 - Cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 cup.
06 - Mozzarella cheese, shredded, 1/2 cup.
07 - Whole milk, 1/2 cup.
08 - All-purpose flour, 1/4 cup.
09 - Sausage gravy, 1 cup.
10 - Large eggs, 2.
11 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.
12 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan lightly with cooking spray.
02 - Roll out biscuit dough on floured surface to fit pan. Press into pan and up sides to make crust.
03 - Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
04 - Cook onion and garlic in same skillet until soft. Add flour, stir 1 minute. Whisk in milk until thick, then mix in cooked sausage.
05 - Spread gravy over dough, top with both cheeses, and crack eggs on top, spacing them evenly.
06 - Bake 20-25 minutes until crust is golden, cheese melts, and eggs set but stay slightly runny.

01 - Can use hot sausage for extra spice.
