Creamy Boursin Mac and Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta & Cheese

01 - 8oz macaroni or similar shaped pasta
02 - 1 Round block of Boursin
03 - 1 cup freshly grated white cheddar, packed (avoid pre-shredded)

→ Sauce Base

04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - 1/2 cup milk
06 - 1/2 tsp salt
07 - 2 tbsp flour
08 - 2 tbsp butter

→ Topping

09 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
10 - 2 tbsp butter

# Instructions:

01 - Start by cooking the pasta according to directions. Once it's cooked, drain and set to the side.
02 - In the pasta pot or another, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Once melted, whisk in the flour until there are no clumps. Slowly pour in the heavy cream.
03 - Then drop in the Boursin block and cheddar and mix until creamy. If it's too thick, because it will thicken up as it sits with the pasta, you can add some milk. I add around 1/2 a cup.
04 - Pour over the pasta. You can toast some breadcrumbs in 2 tbsp of melted butter too then add that on top.

# Notes:

01 - Use freshly grated cheese as pre-shredded is harder to melt
