Pan-seared Branzino

# Ingredients:

4 branzino fillets.

2 tablespoons butter (dairy or vegan).
03 -
1/4 cup parsley, chopped.

Juice from 1/2 lemon.
05 -
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 -
1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 -
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 -
1/2 teaspoon cajun spice.
# Instructions:

Pat fillets dry. Mix seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, cajun). Rub seasoning on fish.

Heat skillet on medium-low. Melt butter. Place fish skin side down. Cook 3 minutes. Flip and cook 3-4 minutes more.
03 -
Garnish with parsley. Add lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt.

Cook in batches if needed.

Fish should flake easily when done.

Don't overcook to prevent drying.
