Pan-seared Branzino (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 branzino fillets.
02 - 2 tablespoons butter (dairy or vegan).
03 - 1/4 cup parsley, chopped.
04 - Juice from 1/2 lemon.
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon cajun spice.

# Instructions:

01 - Pat fillets dry. Mix seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, cajun). Rub seasoning on fish.
02 - Heat skillet on medium-low. Melt butter. Place fish skin side down. Cook 3 minutes. Flip and cook 3-4 minutes more.
03 - Garnish with parsley. Add lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt.

# Notes:

01 - Cook in batches if needed.
02 - Fish should flake easily when done.
03 - Don't overcook to prevent drying.
