Buffalo Chicken Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 flatbreads (naan or store-bought).
02 - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded.
03 - 1/3 cup buffalo sauce, plus extra for drizzling.
04 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
05 - 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled (optional).
06 - 1/4 cup red onion, sliced.
07 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped.
08 - Ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
03 - Place flatbreads on baking sheet, top with buffalo chicken, mozzarella, blue cheese, and red onion.
04 - Cook for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and edges are golden.
05 - Drizzle with dressing and extra buffalo sauce, garnish with herbs, then slice and serve.
