Traditional Catch a Husband Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Batter

01 - 1 can condensed milk
02 - 1 can evaporated milk
03 - 1 cup coconut milk
04 - 2½ cups (500 grams) all-purpose flour
05 - ½ cup granulated sugar
06 - 3 large eggs
07 - 3 tablespoons margarine

→ Coconut Icing

08 - 1 cup coconut milk
09 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
10 - 1 cup shredded coconut

# Instructions:

01 - In a blender, combine all cake ingredients: condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, flour, sugar, eggs, and margarine. Blend until smooth.
02 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan carefully, making sure to get in all the grooves.
03 - Pour the batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-60 minutes, checking at 30 minutes. It's done when a toothpick comes out clean.
04 - While cake bakes, combine coconut milk, sugar, and shredded coconut in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until boiling and thickened like condensed milk.
05 - Pour the warm coconut icing over the cake while it's still warm from the oven. Let cool before serving.

01 - Baking time varies by oven - start checking at 30 minutes
02 - Pour icing while cake is still warm for best absorption
03 - Let cake cool completely before removing from pan
