In a blender, combine all cake ingredients: condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, flour, sugar, eggs, and margarine. Blend until smooth.

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan carefully, making sure to get in all the grooves.

Pour the batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-60 minutes, checking at 30 minutes. It's done when a toothpick comes out clean.

While cake bakes, combine coconut milk, sugar, and shredded coconut in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until boiling and thickened like condensed milk.

Pour the warm coconut icing over the cake while it's still warm from the oven. Let cool before serving.
