Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Lasagna noodles (10).
02 - Cooked shredded chicken (3 cups).
03 - Ricotta cheese (16 ounces).
04 - Salt (1 teaspoon).
05 - Italian seasoning (1 teaspoon).
06 - Onion powder (1/2 teaspoon).
07 - Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon).
08 - Alfredo sauce (1.5 cups).
09 - Shredded mozzarella (2 cups).
10 - Shredded parmesan (1 cup).

# Instructions:

01 - Boil lasagna noodles until al dente. Lay flat on parchment.
02 - Combine chicken, ricotta, and seasonings in a bowl.
03 - Spread chicken mix and alfredo sauce on each noodle, leaving one end bare.
04 - Roll noodles toward bare end.
05 - Add sauce to dish bottom, place rolls in dish.
06 - Cover with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake covered 20 mins, then uncovered 10 mins.

01 - Can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
02 - Let cool slightly before serving.
