Chocolate Fudge Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled.
02 - ½ cup Dutch-process cocoa powder.
03 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
04 - ½ teaspoon fine sea salt.
05 - ½ cup butter, room temperature.
06 - 1 cup sugar.
07 - 2 large eggs, at room temperature.
08 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
09 - 1 cup fresh buttermilk.
10 - ½ cup warm hot fudge sauce, plus extra for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x5 loaf pan with butter or baking spray.
02 - Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl until no lumps remain.
03 - Beat butter and sugar until fluffy and pale. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
04 - Mix in dry ingredients and buttermilk in parts, starting and ending with dry. Fold in warm fudge sauce.
05 - Pour into pan, smooth top. Bake 50-60 minutes until done. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
06 - Let cool fully on wire rack. Drizzle with extra warm fudge sauce before serving.
